Johnny and Andrea are like brothers and sisters. But Johnny is a human and Andrea is a robot. But she is very much like a human being. She looks like a human, thinks like a human, feels like a human. They are walking to school now. Suddenly, Andrea notices a red ball on the other side of the street. She runs to bring it to Johnny. Johnny doesn’t see the ball so he starts running after Andrea. He thinks she wants to play ‘Catch me if you can.’ They play that a lot of times. Johnny steps on the street without looking around. He doesn’t notice the car coming at high speed. The driver brakes but it is too late. It hits Johnny. Andrea looks back when she hears the bang. She runs to Johnny.
“Oh my god!” she shouts. “Johnny, Johnny, are you okay?”
Johnny doesn’t answer. Andrea calls the ambulance. But it is too late. Johnny dies in her arms. Andrea has failed to protect Johnny. She opens a little door on her body. She reaches inside and tears out the wires till her body falls lifeless on the ground.
