#49: Rebecca receives a package

Rebecca is sitting in the front garden. It is late spring. The sun is shining and birds are singing. She is smiling. The postman comes and gives her a small package. It is for her. She looks at the package but she doesn’t know who sent the package. There is no return address. She goes inside to open the package. She takes a pair of scissors to cut the package open. There is no paper inside, only a pen drive. It is an ordinary pen drive you can buy in any computer shop. She puts the pen-drive into her notebook to check what is on the pen-drive. She finds some photos, some videos and some audio files. She looks at the photos. She watches the videos. She listens to the audio files.
She sits at the table with elbows on the table and her forehead in her hands. She is thinking. She decides to look at the photos again. She is in the photos. Her friends are in the photos. Her lovers are in the photos. Her neighbours are in the photos. The people in the photos are in and around her house. She watches the videos. She is in the videos. Her friends, neighbours and lovers are in the videos. The people in the videos are in and around her house. She listens to the audio files. She can hear herself, her friends, her neighbours and her lovers in the audio files. The people in the audio are in and around her house. She doesn’t know what to do. She has so many questions. Who sent her the package? Who else has copies? Why would anybody need those files? What do they want from her? Can anyone see her now? What should she do now? She looks out of the window. The sun is not shining anymore. The sky is dark. She can hear wind.
